Harini Builders the flagship company of Harini Group made its humble beginning in the year 2003 with the intention of, developing and promoting affordable and functional homes for middle class families.

Harini Group is founded by Mr. Ramesh Govindaraju, who is also the CEO of the group. Ramesh comes with a commercial background and 16 plus years of hands on experience in construction Industry.

Harini Builders is a Proprietorship owned by Mr.Ramesh Govindaraju engaged in Construction business since 2003. Harini Builders deals with a wide gamut of housing projects comprising of Villas, Duplex Houses, Flats and Apartments and townships.

By his dedication and hard work in a time span of 13 years from 2003 to 2016, G.Ramesh gained solid ground in Housing sector with a strong customer base. In June 2016 Mr. G. Ramesh decided to set up a Private limited company to take up Projects in the growing Infrastructure sector.

Main Objects of Harini Infratech India P Ltd include Development, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of Infra projects comprising Roads, Rail, MRTS, ICD and CFS , Power etc. With their entry into Infrastructure business, the business volume and size of Harini Group is certain to reach new levels.

Projects in Pipe (Present Project)

Value of Projects in Pipe whose work has started and works are in full swing in the current year is Rs. 60 crores at Selaiyur, East Tambaram consisting of 125 Flats.

New Future Projects

In the next financial year (2017-2018) Harini group is targeting to build Fantastic Township (Independent Villas) near Pallikkaranai an estimated sale of about Rs.150 crores and 40 Acres consisting housing villa plots and independent, row house for the total sales volume of Rs.250 Crores at IT Corridor Chennai and nearly 1 lakh sq.ft. Flats Promotion at Valasaravakkam with the sale value of approx. 120 Crores.
